校企合作视域下高校双师型教师队伍管理制度研究

Research on the Management System of Double Teacher Team in the Perspective of College and Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作是推进高校双师型教师队伍构建的主要途径,能够有效实现校企双赢。在校企合作视域下,高校应该在校企合作中发挥主导作用,主动与相关企业沟通,并达成共识,为校企合作创造良好的条件,从而构建双师型教师队伍。培养双师型教师能够作为校企合作的桥梁,能够使校企合作全面发展。因此,本文着重分析高校双师型教师与校企合作的概述,以此论述校企合作视域下高校双师型教师队伍管理制度存在的问题,并提出校企合作视域下高校双师型教师队伍管理制度的构建。

The cooperation between schools and enterprises is the main way to promote the construction of the Double Teachers＇ team in colleges and universities,which can effectively realize the win-win situation of the schools and enterprises. Under the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,universities should play a leading role in school-enterprise cooperation,actively communicate with relevant enterprises and reach a consensus,create favorable conditions for school-enterprise cooperation,so as to build double qualified teachers. The training of two teachers can serve as a bridge to the cooperation between schools and enterprises,which can make the cooperation of schools and enterprises develop in an all-round way.
