学科馆员制在地方高校图书馆运用的探讨

地方高校在改革重组后,学校规模壮大,学科专业增多,院校中的教师与学生对知识的渴求程度更高。因此,地方高校图书馆面临着新的挑战,如何改革创新、谋求发展,为师生提供知识需求,成为大家关注的重点。在此基础上,学科馆员应运而生,"学科馆员"制度为高校图书馆提了优质的服务,提高了图书馆的工作效率。文章先分析学科馆员的作用,再写出地方高校图书馆实施学科馆员的意义,最后提出学科馆员制在地方高校图书馆中的运用策略。

After the reform and reorganization of local colleges and universities,the scale of the school is growing and the subject profession is increasing. Teachers and students in colleges and universities have a higher degree of thirst for knowledge.Therefore,local university libraries are facing new challenges. How to reform and innovate,seek development and provide knowledge needs for teachers and students has become the focus of everyone＇s attention. On this basis,the subject librarians come into being. The ＂ Subject Librarian＂ system has provided high quality services for university libraries to improve their work efficiency. This paper first analyzes the role of subject librarians,and then points out the significance of implementing subject librarians in local university libraries. Finally,it puts forward strategies for the application of Subject Librarian system in local university libraries.
