高校班级管理日益重要但常被忽略,本文把教学中"对分课堂"的"对分"理念创新运用到班级管理中,以期实现班级管理的系统化、模块化和及时性研究。

The management of college class is of great importance,but it has been ignored a lot. This paper applies the idea of＂PAD＂to class management,to realize the systematization,modularity and timeliness of class management.
