摘要
大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程是高校进行大学生职业观和职业技能教学的重要载体。在严峻的就业大环境下,高校大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程建设主要存在着以下四方面问题:一是课程的重视度不足;二是师资队伍薄弱且缺乏稳定性;三是课程教学内容缺乏深度;四是课程教学形式单一化。探索大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程建设的改革方法,可从教学模式与内容改革、加强师资队伍建设、拓展教学方法的多样性、改良教学考核办法、运用网络技术深化课程建设、编写具有地方特色及本校特色的教材六个方面进行课程的改革。
The career planning and employment guidance course for college students is an important carrier in terms of career outlook and vocational skills teaching. Under the severe employment environment,there are four main problems. Firstly,the importance amount of curriculum is insufficient. Secondly,faculty is weak and it lacks of stability. Thirdly,the course content lacks depth. Fourthly,the form of course teaching is single. Method in course reform can be explored in the following aspects including teaching mode and content,faculty strength,diversity in teaching methods,evaluation method in teaching,the relationship between network technology and curriculum construction,teaching material with local and school characteristics.
