高校关工委在指导学生管理工作方面的新思考

New Thoughts on Guiding Students' Management by the Working Committee on Caring in Higher Colleges

高校关心下一代工作委员会(以下简称"关工委")的重要工作是开展针对学生的思想政治教育工作,从而帮助学生管理工作顺利开展。本篇从分析关工委的独特优势、思想政治引领、革命传统教育、法制教育宣传等四个方面出发,探究讨论如何在高校中更好地让关工委起到引导作用,同时建立出一套相关的长效机制,努力拓宽学生工作的深度和广度。

The important work of the working committee on caring for the next generation in higher colleges（ hereinafter referred to as＂the Working Committee on Caring＂） is to carry out ideological and political education for students so as to help the student management work to develop smoothly. This paper starts from four aspects： the analysis of the unique advantages of the Working Committee on Caring,the ideological and political guidance,the revolutionary traditional education,and the propaganda of the legal system education. Exploring and discussing on how to make the Working Committee on Caring plays a leading role in higher colleges to better establish a set of related long-term mechanism,and try to broaden the depth and breadth of student work at the same time.
