摘要
在大件设备吊装领域,门式液压提升系统相较于传统的大型履带吊,具有吊装高度高、吊载重、作业半径小等优点,但门式液压提升系统存在系统组件繁多、前期施工准备周期长、不适宜长距离移动等问题。结合工程实践,创新应用单门架液压提升装置整体提升、递送、旋转吊装的施工工艺,实现了多台(两台)化工钢塔连续吊装就位。通过在吊装过程中对场地进行合理规划、布置及处理,为实现两塔连续吊装提供了基础条件。
In the field of large equipment lifting, compared with traditional large crawler cranes, the portal hydraulic lifting system has following advantages including high lifting altitude, large lifting capacity, and small operation radius. However, it also has certain disadvantages including too many varieties of system components, long construction preparation period, and not suitable for long-distance movement. Based on the engineering practice, the innovative application of single-frame hydraulic lifting device as a whole lifting, delivery, rotating lifting construction technology has realized the continuous lifting of multiple chemical steel towers(at least 2) in place. Through the reasonable on site planning, arrangement and treatment during the lifting process, the basic conditions can be provided for realizing continuous lifting of two towers.
