摘要
针对转台周围环境温度的精密控制需要精准的测量方法,而当前铂电阻测温系统存在量程单一、电路复杂等问题,设计了基于Pt1000的量程可控、高分辨率的测温系统。该系统有效简化了电路结构,同时基于电路3参数计算方法,有效实现了测温量程的灵活控制及最小温度分辨能力的提升。经过理论推导、仿真及试验,证明该测温系统在Pt1000全工作量程内的测温量程可任意控制,并可实现0.02℃的最小温度分辨能力。
In order to control the precision control of the ambient temperature around the turntable,the current plat- inum resistance temperature measuring system has a single range and complex circuit,and a range controlled and high resolution temperature measurement system based on Pt1000 is designed. The circuit structure of the system is effectively simplified,meanwhile,a method named 3-parameter circuit calculation on the basis of the system is provid- ed to control the range of temperature measurement and improve the minimum temperature resolution as needed. Through theoretical deduction,simulation and test,it is proved that the temperature measurement range of the tem- perature measuring system can be controlled arbitrarily in the full range of Pt1000 working range,and the minimum temperature resolution at 0.02 ℃ can be realized.
