摘要 船舶管道系统作为船舶系统的重要组成部分,在工程实际应用中其振动问题极其普遍。文中进行了被动、主动控制技术的对比;基于现代主动控制振动技术,设计了一种新型管道减振器,并展开了理论分析、结构设计与试验验证。该减振器特点在于提出主动控制技术与传统减振方式相结合的方法,实现对管道更为智能的减振功能,具有低频效果好,自适应能力强,能够有效地降低管道振动和管道被夹持部位的应力,延长管道的使用寿命等优点。 The ship pipeline system is an important part of the ship system. The vibration problem of ship piping system is very common in engineering application. The comparison of passive and active control techniques is carried out in this paper. Based on the modern active control vibration technology,a new type of pipe vibration reduction e- quipment is designed,and the theoretical analysis,structural design and test verification have been carried out. The characteristic of this type of vibration reduction equipment is that it uses a combination of active control technology and traditional vibration reduction methods to realize a more intelligent vibration reduction function for the pipeline. It has the advantages of good low frequency effect and strong adaptive ability. It can effectively reduce the vibration of pipeline and the stress of the pipe with the clamping part and prolong the service life of the pipe.
