社会主义核心价值体系是科学的世界观、人生观和价值观的统一,是建设中国特色社会主义的主导价值观。面对当代大学生社会责任感弱化的现状,应充分发挥社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用,科学构建大学生社会责任感教育引导机制,着力于创新教育机制,优化文化机制,强化实践机制,发挥合力机制,规范网络机制,进一步促进大学生社会责任感的全面提升。

The socialist core values system is the unity of the scientific outlook on the world,the life and values,and is the leading value of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the face of the weakening of social responsibility among current college students,we should give full play to the leading role of the socialist core values system,scientifically construct the guiding mechanism of social responsibility education,focus on innovative education mechanism,optimize the cultural mechanism,strengthen the practice mechanism,play a combined force mechanism and standardize the network mechanism so as to further promote the overall improvement of students＇ sense of social responsibility.
