On the Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Poor Counties

党的十九大报告旗帜鲜明地提出了实施乡村振兴战略。贫困县实施乡村振兴战略是社会主义的本质要求;是我国现代化发展的必然趋势;是解决现阶段社会主要矛盾的有力举措;是赶超跨越的必由之路。贫困县应通过产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴,推动乡村振兴健康有序进行。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly put forward the Strategy of Rural Revitalization. The implementation of the strategy in poor counties is the essential requirement of socialism and the inevitable trend of Chinese modernization development. It is a powerful measure to solve the main social contradictions at the present stage and the only way for the poverty-stricken counties to catch up with the developed. Poor counties should improve the healthy and orderly development of rural areas through industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization.
