摘要
目的研究磷酸肌酸钠在新生儿低氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患者心功能和氧化应激能力中的影响。方法选取本院2014年3月至2016年6月的88例新生儿HIE患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。其中对照组患者选取常规内科治疗即行单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯钠静脉滴注,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较两组患儿心肌血清酶谱变化以及心功能改变和氧化应激能力变化。结果治疗后观察组患者肌钙蛋白I(Tn1)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)含量显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),患者左心射血分数改善显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者在早晚舒张期最大血流速度比显著高与对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗前后血清烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶(NOX2灰度比值)和血清活性氧(ROS)含量变化幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠能有效改善心功能,纠正心肌酶谱,抑制氧化应激通路,减少炎症反应的发生,有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of creatine phosphate sodium on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy ( HIE ) in patients with cardiac function and oxidative stress. Method 88 cases of neonatal HIE in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random number, each group 44 cases. The control group were given routine medical treatment that is line single sialic acid hexose ganglioside sodium intravenous drip, but the observation group were treated by phosphate sodium on the basis of the control group, compare the two groups of children in changes of cardiac serum enzymes and cardiacfunction and oxidative stress ability. Results After treatment, the content of troponin I, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) and creatine kinase ( CK ) in the observation group was significantly lower than patients in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) , the left ventricular ejection fraction improved significantly higher the control group ( P〈0.05 ) , while the observation group serum nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase on the sooner or later diastolic Peak velocity ratio was significantly higher than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) , The changes of serum nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase ( NOX2 gradation ratio ) and serum reactive oxygen species ( ROS ) in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion creatine phosphate sodium can improve heart function, correct myocardial enzymes, inhibit oxidative stress pathways, and reduce inflammation occurs, with clinical application of value.
