昆明市某社区妇女宫颈癌相关知识知晓率及影响因素分析

Analysis on awareness and influence factors of cervical cancer of woman in a community in kunming

目的了解社区妇女宫颈癌相关知识知晓率,并分析影响因素。方法 2017年7—8月,使用统一编制的问卷对在社区卫生服务中心进行妇科常见病免费筛查的妇女进行问卷调查。使用Epi Data3.0软件建立数据库,用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查884人,宫颈癌相关知识知晓率为77.49%(685/884)。单因素分析显示,不同年龄(χ~2=17.57,P=0.001)、文化程度(χ~2=31.91,P<0.01)、民族(χ~2=17.08,P<0.01)、婚姻状况(χ~2=35.17,P<0.01)和平均月收入(χ~2=34.11,P<0.01)的妇女宫颈癌相关知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,小学及以下文化程度(OR=4.39,P=0.017,95%CI:1.21~7.33),平均月收入<1 000元(OR=3.94,P=0.024,95%CI:1.17~5.92)是社区妇女不知晓宫颈癌相关知识的危险因素;婚姻状况为在婚(OR=0.24,P=0.037,95%CI:0.01~1.76)是社区妇女知晓宫颈癌相关知识的促进因素。结论社区妇女宫颈癌相关知识知晓率有待提高,对收入低、文化程度低的妇女需要加强健康教育。

Objective To know about the awareness rate of cervical cancer related knowledge among community women and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A survey was used to conduct questionnaire survey on women who had free screening for gynecological common diseases at health service centers, from July to August 2017. Database was established by Epi Data 3.0 software, and data was analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results A total of 884 people were surveyed. Awareness rate of cervical cancer was 77.49%（685/884）. Univariate analysis showed that these variables are significant difference in the awareness rate of cervical cancer among women（P〈0.05） as follows： Age group（χ2=7.57,P=0.001）, education background（χ2=1.91,P〈0.011）, nationality（χ2=7.08,P〈0.01）, marital status（χ2=5.17,P〈0.01）, average monthly income（χ2=4.11,P〈0.01）. Multivariate analysis showed that the average monthly income less than 1 000 yuan（OR=4.39,P=0.017,95% CI：1.21-7.33）, Primary and below education background（OR=3.94,P=0.024,95% CI：1.17-5.92） were the risk factors for women not aware of cervical cancer. Meanwhile, married women have higher awareness（OR=0.24,P=0.037,95% CI：0.01-1.76）.Conclusion The awareness rate of cervical cancer among community women needs to be improved, and health education should be strengthened for women with low income and low education background.
