摘要
目的对重庆市某企业放射性药物分装项目职业病防护设施进行控制效果评价,提出可行的职业病防护建议。方法采用职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测,用检查表法进行综合评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有β/γ射线、β表面污染、噪声、高温、紫外线、臭氧、氮氧化物及金色葡萄球菌等。工作场所β/γ辐射水平为0.10~3.0μSv/h,β表面污染水平为0.08~0.45 Bq/cm^2,空压机房噪声为56.7 dB(A),洁净台光照度为1 060 lx,放射工作人员年有效剂量满足标准要求。结论该项目职业病危害风险分类为"较重",职业病防护设施达到竣工验收条件。
[Objective] To evaluate the control effect of the occupational prevention facilities of radiopharmaceuticals split charging project of an enterprise in Chongqing City,propose feasible occupational protection suggestions.[Methods] The occupational hygienic investigation and occupational hygienic detection were adopted,and the checklist method was used in comprehensive evaluation.[Results]In this project,the occupational hazard factors included β/γ rays,β surface pollution,noise,high temperature,ultraviolet,ozone and nitrogen oxide,and Staphylococcus aureus. In this workplace,the level of β/γ rays radiation was 0.10-3.0 μSv/h,the level of β surface pollution was 0.08-0.45 Bq/cm2,the noise intensity in air compressor machine room was 56.7 dB(A),the illuminance of the clean bench was 1 060 lx,and the annual effective dose of radiation workers met the standard requirements.[Conclusion]The category of occupational hazard risk belongs to heavier level,and the facility for control occupational hazard reach the completion acceptance requirements.
