摘要
目的了解学生家长的食盐相关知识、态度和行为情况,为减盐干预提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,抽取北京市丰台区3所小学3~4年级学生家长进行食盐相关知信行问卷调查,问卷内容包括学生家长基本信息、食盐知识、态度和行为情况等。结果共调查571名学生家长,成人食盐推荐摄入量为6 g的知晓率为55.69%,女性知晓率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.22,P<0.05);高盐调味品全部知晓率仅3.15%,含有较多"看不到的盐"食品的全部知晓率仅为8.41%,女性知晓率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.16,P<0.05);仅21.72%的人购买食品时经常参考营养成分表,36.78%的人做饭时经常使用低钠盐,最常食用的高盐调味品为酱油。结论北京市丰台区小学生家长对食盐相关知识知晓率较低,食盐相关行为尚有待改善,应提高其认识高盐食品的能力,养成良好的饮食习惯。
[Objective]To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) about salt among parents of primary school students,and to provide a reference for reducing salt intervention.[Methods]The random cluster sampling method was used to select parents of grade 3 and grade 4 in 3 primary schools in Fengtai District of Beijing to conduct a survey on salt KAP. The questionnaire included basic information of parents,salt knowledge,attitude and practice.[Results]A total of 571 parents were investigated. Knowledge awareness rate of the recommended salt intake was 55.69%, and knowledge awareness rate in women was higher than that in men(χ~2=4.22,P〈0.05).Only 3.15% of people knew all the high-salt condiments. Only 8.41% of them knew all kinds of foods which contained high " invisible salt",and knowledge awareness rate in women was higher than that in men(χ~2=4.16,P〈0.05).Only 21.72% of them selected food according to nutrition labeling, 36.78% of them often used low sodium salt when cooking, and the most commonly consumed high-salt condiment was soy sauce.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of salt among parents of primary school students is relatively low in Fengtai District of Beijing. The salt-related behavior remains to be improved. It is necessary to improve their ability to understand high-salt foods, so as to develop good eating habits.
