摘要
目的对湖北地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染进行流行病学分析,为湖北地区宫颈癌的预防和筛查提供流行病学资料。方法采集9 007例女性宫颈脱落细胞,用基因芯片法检测HPV分型,使用SPSS 23.0软件统计分析人群的HPV感染率、感染模式、感染基因型及其检出率,以及各年龄段感染率等。结果湖北地区女性人群的HPV总感染率为21.05%;优势型别为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53和HPV18;感染模式以单一高危型为主,在多重感染中又以双重感染为主。在单一型别感染中HPV16和HPV52检出率最高。≤30岁的女性HPV感染率最高(27.66%),≥61岁HPV感染率最低(13.99%),各年龄段间的HPV感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各年龄段女性均以HPV16、HPV52和HPV58检出率最高,且各年龄段高危型检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段的HPV感染率、感染模式和基因型的检出情况比较都有一定差异。HPV感染呈年轻化且有区域性特征。
[Objective]By the epidemiological analysis of female human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in Hubei Province,to provide the epidemiological data for prevention and screening of cervical carcinoma.[Methods]9 007 cases of exfoliated cervical cell specimens were detected by gene chip method to identify the types of HPV. SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the rate of HPV infection,infection pattern,infection genotype and the detection rate,as well as the infection rate at different ages.[Results]The total rate of HPV infection in female population in Hubei area was 21.05%. The dominant types were HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV18. The main infection pattern was single high-risk type,while the double infection was the main type in multiple infections. The detection rates of HPV16 and HPV52 were the highest in the single subtype infection.Women who were ≤30 years old had the highest infection rate of HPV(27.66%),in contrast to women ≥61 years old had the lowest infection rate(13.99%). The difference in HPV infection rate among age groups was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The detection rates of HPV16,HPV52 and HPV58 were the highest in all age groups. The difference in detection rate of high-risk subtypes among age groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]There were some diversities in the HPV infection rate,infection pattern and the detection rate of genotype among different age groups. Furthermore,the trend of HPV infection is gradually younger,while HPV infection has a certain regional characteristics.
