2014—2016年连州市男男性行为人群HIV感染状况与危险因素监测结果

HIV infection and risk behavior surveillance among men who have sex with men in Lianzhou City from 2014-2016

目的了解连州市男男性行为(MSM)人群行为学,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染现状和变化情况,为制定针对性的干预策略提供科学理论依据。方法 2014—2016年连州市疾病预防控制中心对本市MSM人群开展监测和血清学检测,3年分别监测目标人群120、130和125人。数据采用Epi Data 3.0和SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果 MSM人群中年龄<20岁组人群呈上升趋势,68.38%MSM人群有2个以上同性性伴,每次都使用安全套的比例95%(CI)为30.15%~53.77%,HIV感染率从2014年的10.83%上升到2016年的12.80%。结论连州市MSM接触人群有低龄化趋势,HIV感染率呈现上升趋势,政府和相关职能部门应采取有效的干预措施。

[Objective] To explore the behavior characteristics,as well as infection status and prevalent tendency of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Lianzhou City,provide a scientific theoretical basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.[Methods]From 2014-2016,Lianzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention performed the monitoring and serological detection among MSM population in Lianzhou City,and there were 120,130 and 125 investigation objects in three years respectively. The data were statistically analyzed by Epi Data 3.0 and SPSS 19.0.[Results]The proportion of MSM 20 years old in this population was rising. 68.38% of MSM had two or more homosexual partners. The proportion [95%（CI）] of MSM use the condom every time was 30.15%-53.77%. The infection rate of HIV increased from 10.50%in 2014 to 12.80% in 2016.[Conclusion]Conclusion The MSM tends to happen in the lower-aged people and the percent of HIV infection is increasing. The government and the relevant departments should take some effective measures. In Lianzhou City,MSM are getting younger and the infection rate of HIV is rising. The government and the relevant departments should take effective intervention measures.
