摘要
目的对攀枝花市放射诊疗设备的配置情况及公平性进行分析,为卫生计生行政部门优化卫生资源配置提供依据。方法通过绘制洛伦兹曲线和计算基尼系数,分别从人口分布及地理分布角度来评价攀枝花市放射诊疗设备配置的公平性情况。结果攀枝花市放射诊疗设备和大型医用设备按人口分布的基尼系数为0.16和0.15,配置处于公平状态,按地理分布基尼系数为0.63和0.81,为高度不公平。结论攀枝花市放射诊疗设备按人口配置的资源公平性优于按地理配置的公平性;卫生计生行政部门应科学合理做好放射诊疗设备配置规划,提升设备配置的公平性,尤其是资源地理分布的公平性。
[Obje ctive]To analyze the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipments and its fairness in Panzhihua City,provide basis for health administrative departments to optimize health resources allocation.[Methods]By drawing the Lorenz curve and calculating the Gini coefficient,the fairness of allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipments in Panzhihua City was evaluated according to population and geography.[Results] Based on population,the Gini coefficient of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipments and large medical equipment was 0.16 and 0.15 respectively,which the allocation fairness was quite satisfying. Based on geography,the Gini coefficient was 0.63 and 0.81 respectively,which indicated a highly inequity.[Conclusion]In Panzhihua City,the fairness of allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipments based on population is better than that based on geography. The health administrative department should make the scientific and rational allocation planning and improve the fairness of allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipments,especially the geographical equity.
