摘要 胃癌是中国致死率较高的恶性肿瘤之一。准确评估胃癌患者预后、行个体化治疗有利于延长患者生存期。^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose,^(18)F-FDG)PET/CT能同时提供代谢和形态学信息,在恶性肿瘤分期、疗效评估及预后预测等方面有独特优势。本文综述了治疗前及治疗早期^(18)F-FDG PET/CT对进展期胃癌患者的预后预测价值。 Gastric cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high mortality in China. Prediction ofprognosis of the patients with advanced gastric cancer can benefit from accurate prognosis and individual treatment.18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET/CT can provide both metabolic and morphological information, whichbecomes one of the most sensitive tools to stage, evaluate the efficacy of therapy and predict the outcomes of patientswith malignancy. This paper reviews the predictive value of pretreatment and early 18F-FDG PET/CT in prognosis foradvanced gastric cancer.
