摘要
某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂空压机组在使用过程中出现频繁加卸载现象,且机头超温情况严重,尤其是夏季高温季节。为解决这一现状,对厂内三台空压机组进行了电机变频改造以及空压机余热回收方式改造。改造后的系统运行至今已有半年多,机组的能耗下降显著,且系统的余热被用于加热除盐水一部分用于供锅炉除氧器给水使用,有效利用空压机余热,减少除氧器加热蒸汽用量,另一部分作为SNCR脱硝工艺尿素溶液的配置水,加热后的除盐水可有效缩短溶液的配置时间。
