摘要
在当前的公路建设中,路面结构多采用半刚性基层沥青路面。半刚性基层在使用过程中最突出的问题是容易产生收缩裂缝,进而形成路面反射裂缝,而目前解决反射裂缝的方法具有明显的局限性。文章依托西部高海拔地区实际工程项目,开展复合式应力吸收层中防裂基布材料的性能,通过DSC差示扫描量热、TG热重等热效应分析,以及空气、沥青热冲击试验,研究防裂基布的热性能。结果表明防裂基布材料的热性能能够满足施工的要求。
In the current highway construction, the pavement structure adopts more Semi rigid base asphalt pavement. The most prominent problem of Semi rigid base course during use is prone to shrinkage cracks. And then form to pavement reflection cracks. At present, the method to solve the reflection crack has obvious limitation. The research on thermal performance of anti-cracking fabric was based on the actual engineering project of the high altitude area in the west of China, used DSC(differential scanning calorimetry), Thermogravimetry and thermal shock test. The results showed that thermal performance of anti-cracking fabric could meet the construction request.
