ATP生物荧光法对预防接种门诊物体表面及接种人员手部清洁度的检测分析 被引量:4

Detection and analysis of the cleanliness condition vaccination outpatient surfaces and vaccination staff hand of vaccination clinics with ATP bioluminescence method

摘要 目的了解唐山市丰南区22家预防接种门诊物体表面及接种人员手部清洁度状况,促进接种门诊对清洁消毒工作的重视。方法采用ATP生物荧光检测仪及其配套试剂,对接种过程中频繁接触的接种台面、冰箱开启时手接触部位以及接种人员手部进行检测,评估其清洁度,利用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果二级医院组与基层医疗卫生机构组预防接种门诊接种台面检测合格率分别为66.67%和68.48%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.027,P=0.987);冰箱开启时手接触部位检测合格率分别为33.33%和54.76%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.842,P=0.242);接种人员手部检测合格率分别为41.67%和50.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.383,P=0.536)。结论各医疗卫生机构的预防接种门诊对于消毒工作的重视程度需亟待提高。 Objective To understand the cleanliness condition of vaccination outpatient surfaces and vaccination staff hand of vaccination clinics in Fengnan district of Tangshan City,promote vaccination outpatient's emphasis on cleaning disinfection work as far as possible. Methods ATP bioluminescence assay was used to detect and analyze hygiene quality of work surfaces,hand contact area of opening refrigerator,and vaccination staff hand,using SPSS 20. 0 software for statistical analysis. Results The pass rate of the secondary hospital group was 66. 67% for vaccination outpatient work surfaces,while the pass rate of basic medical and health institutions group was 68. 48%,there was no statistical significance between groups( χ^2= 0. 027,P = 0. 987).The pass rate of the secondary hospital group was 33. 33% for hand contact area of opening refrigerator,while the pass rate of basic medical and health institutions group was 54. 76%,there was no statistical significance between groups( χ^2= 2. 842,P =0. 242). The pass rate of the secondary hospital group was 41. 67% for vaccination staff hand,while the pass rate of basic medical and health institutions group was 50. 00%,there was no statistical significance between groups( χ^2= 0. 383,P = 0. 536).Conclusion Vaccination outpatient of medical and health institutions should pay much more attention to disinfection work.
