辐射显色胶片剂量仪在放射治疗中的应用进展

Implementation and development of radiochromic film dosimeter in radiotherapy

胶片剂量仪在放射治疗领域是一种重要的剂量工具。辐射显色胶片不仅具有放射线胶片空间分辨率高的特点,还具有剂量响应范围广泛、组织等效性好、对能量依赖性小且不需要进行化学处理的优势。性能的改善以及产品体系的不断完善使其在放射治疗中的应用日益广泛,在常规剂量测量、治疗计划验证及质量保证等方面都具有重要的实用价值。现就辐射显色胶片剂量仪的性质、胶片类型、剂量学流程(胶片辐照、扫描、剂量刻度)以及临床应用做一综述。

Film dosimeter is a significant dosimetry tool in radiotherapy. Radiochromic film has not only high spatial resolutions,but also broad range of dose response, good tissue equivalence and week energy dependence. Moreover, no chemical processing was needed for radiochromic film. With the development of product performance and product system, the application of radiochromic film is becoming more and more common, having important values in the daily dose measurement, treatment plan verification and quality assurance. The characteristics, film types, dosimetric processes（film irradiation, scanning, dose calibration） and clinical application of radiochromic film dosimeter are briefly summarized in this review.
