前列腺癌根治术是前列腺癌(PCa)的重要治疗手段,随着手术设备的不断发展和对前列腺局部解剖认识的提高,越来越多的手术入路可供泌尿外科医师选择。本文介绍了PCa从开放手术到腹腔镜手术和机器人手术的发展历史,讨论了目前多种用于实施前列腺癌根治术的手术入路和相关要点。我们应当根据患者的疾病特点和术者的手术经验合理的选择手术入路,以确保患者的安全和理想的手术效果。

Radical prostatectomy is an important treatment of prostate cancer.With the development of surgical tools and improved knowledge of prostate anatomy,various approaches in performing radical prostatectomy become available.In this review,we looked back the history of radical prostatectomy developing from open surgery to laparoscopic and robotic surgery,and discussed currently popularized,popularizing and emerging novel approaches to radical prostatectomy.To ensure patients＇ safety and optimum surgical outcomes,we need to choose the approaches wisely based on disease characteristics and our experience.
