输尿管镜联合输尿管扩张器治疗输尿管皮肤造口术后狭窄

Ureteroscopy combined with ureteral dilator for ureteral stricture after cutaneous ureterostomy

目的:探讨输尿管镜联合输尿管扩张器扩张治疗输尿管皮肤造口术后狭窄的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2013年5月~2016年10月我院收治的3例膀胱移行细胞癌患者行根治性膀胱切除术、双侧输尿管皮肤造口术后输尿管狭窄的临床资料。结果:3例患者出现4次输尿管皮肤造瘘管不能置入患侧肾盂内,诊断输尿管狭窄,先行输尿管镜扩张,然后输尿管扩张器扩张输尿管,成功置入皮肤造瘘管至肾盂。结论:输尿管镜联合输尿管扩张器治疗输尿管皮肤造口术后输尿管狭窄安全有效。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy combined with ureteral dilator for ureteral stricture after cutaneous ureterostomy.Method：Three cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma with radical cystectomy and cutaneous ureterostomy were analyzed retrospectively,and all of whom were treated in our department during May 2013 and October 2016.Result：The catheter was inserted to the pelvis successfully in 3 cases with 4 ureteral stricture after they underwent ureteroscopic dilation and ureteral dilator.Conclusion：Ureteroscopic dilation and ureteral dilator for ureteral sticture after cutaneous ureterostomy,which was safe and effective.
