摘要
教育治理的行动逻辑应当是基于内在动力与外部环境条件的应然选择,在教育治理达成基本共识的基础上,通过对其阶段标识、内涵理念、行动价值的进一步追问,发现社会资本对于教育治理行动主体的确定、行动动力的激发以及行动方式的转变等方面有着极大的推动作用。因此,需要在秩序、共同体以及资源等方面重建社会资本,这是教育治理行动的前提性条件与可行性保证。
The action logic of educational governance should be the realistic choice on the both considerations of inner power and external environment. On the basis of reaching a basic consensus on educational governance and further inquiry into its stage mark,connotation idea and action value,it is found that social capital plays a very important role in the determination of action subject,the stimulation of action motive force and the change of action mode. So,it is necessary to rebuild social capital in the aspects of order,community and resources,which is the prerequisite and feasible guarantee of educational governance.
