摘要
介绍了摩擦性能实验台液压控制系统的工作原理,运用AMESim仿真软件建立比例伺服阀及其液压控制系统的仿真模型,对其仿真结果进行分析并进行PID校正,活塞杆的压力达到20 MPa使得系统的输出满足技术要求。
The working principle of hydraulic control system for the friction performance test rig is introduced. The simulation model of proportional servo valve and its hydraulic control system is established by using AMES- im simulation software, and the simulation results are analyzed and corrected by PID, Pressure of piston rod reaches 20 MPa, which makes the output of system meet the technical requirements.
