带材悬垂度的计算与控制

摘要 通过对彩涂固化炉内带材悬垂度的计算推导,建立了带材悬垂度与检测点之间的曲线公式,为悬垂度控制优化提供了思路。通过对张紧辊的扭矩控制与速度控制方法分析,得出速度软化控制能更好的控制炉内带材的悬垂度,使带材在炉内运行稳定,减少非正常的擦划伤,满足了生产工艺的要求。 Through the calculation and derivation of the strip drape in the color coating curing furnace, a curve formula between the drape and the detection point is established, which provides an optimized control idea for the drape control. By analyzing the torque control and speed control method of the tension roll, it is concluded that the speed softening control method can better control the strip drape, so that the strip can run steadily and the abnormal scratch is reduced in the furnace, and the production process requirements are met.
