高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱检测中药中的五种砷形态 被引量:8

摘要 本文旨在建立一种中药中不同形态砷化合物分离检测方法。采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术(HPLC-ICP-MS)分离检测中药中的无机砷及其它砷形态。5种砷形态的方法检出限(以砷计)分别为:三价砷As(Ⅲ)4.0μg/kg,五价砷As(V)5.0μg/kg,一甲基胂MMA 3.0μg/kg,二甲基胂DMA 2.0μg/kg,砷甜菜碱As B 2.0μg/kg。加标回收率为88.7%~101%,相对标准偏差为1.02%~3.34%(n=3)。应用所建立的方法成功测定了10种中药中不同形态砷化合物的含量。结果表明,10种中药中的砷形态主要以As(V)、有机砷为主,该法完全可以满足中药中无机砷的检测要求。 This study was conducted to develop a method for the separation analysis of arsenic in traditional Chinese medicine. Inorganic arsenic and other arsenic speices of traditional Chinese medicine was performed on liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS). The detection limits of five arsenic species(As B,DMA,MMA,As(Ⅴ)and As(Ⅲ))were 2.0 μg/kg,2.0 μg/kg,3.0 μg/kg,5.0 μg/kg,4.0 μg/kg respectively,the recoveries were in the range of 88.7% - 101%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)were in the range of 1.02% -3.34%(n=6). Using the method developed in this study,we have successful determined the different species of arsenic in10 traditional Chinese medicine samples. The results show that As(V)and organic arsenic was the main species in traditional Chinese medicine,this method can fully meet the requirements of determination of inorganic arsenic in traditional Chinese medicine.
