摘要
通过利用次级资料搜集与专家问卷调查法,对涉及上海自贸区业务的52家企业进行调研,探讨其对物流人才的职能要求。通过对重要程度与个人执行程度的分项调研,利用李克特五等量表匹对分析得出现阶段自贸区物流人员最重要、也是执行力度最不足的职业能力,并在此基础上提出通过与跨国企业、自贸区企业进行工学交替,加强学生的"识岗、习岗、顶岗"的渐进性实践训练;开展国际化视野下的合作办学的培养建议,以期为院校或培训机构进行课程设计和培养模式变革提供参考。
the research use secondary data collection and expert investigation method of the questionnaire, a survey of 52 companies involved in the Shanghai Free Trade Z one business, and to discuss its logistics talents demand. Through the investigation of important sub degree and degree of personal execution, using the Li Kete five scale that: foreign language ability, cross functional domain knowledge, database management application,statistical analysis and planning blueprint for the future ability is the most important stage of FTA logistics personnel, is also the most inadequate enforcement of skills, and on this basis puts forward corresponding suggestions on training, in order to institutions or training curriculum design and the reference for cultivating model reform.
