换热管是高压加热器管束的主要零件,管材的选取,直接关系到高压加热器的运行性能和可靠性。高压加热器常用的是碳钢换热管,低合金钢管的耐冲刷和耐腐蚀性能高于碳钢管,但应用较少。针对常用的换热管材料,分别进行了材质对比及论证。

Heat exchange tube is the core component of HP heater. The selection of material is directly related to the performance and reliability of heater. The heat exchange tubes commonly used in HP heaters are carbon steel heat exchange tubes, the erosion resistance and corrosion resistance of low alloy steel pipes are higher than those of carbon steel tubes, but they are seldom applied. Material comparison and demonstration are carried out for commonly used heat exchange tubes.
