摘要 凝汽器常用的换热管材料,是碳钢管、不锈钢管、铜管或钛管。在凝汽器管板与换热管的连接中,常采用胀接形式。胀接时,凝汽器管板与不同材料换热管的胀接特性,是各不相同的。为此,重点讨论了碳钢管板与各种材质换热管的胀管性能。通过仿真计算,从数据中找出影响胀管性能的关键所在,从而制订出最佳的胀管工艺。 Materials commonly used for heat exchange tubes in condenser are carbon steel, stainless steel, copper or titanium. In the connection between condenser tubesheet and heat exchanger tube, expansion joints are often used. When expanding, the expansion characteristics of condenser tubesheet and heat exchanger tube with different materials are different. For this reason, the expanding performance of carbon steel tubesheet and various material heat exchanger tubes is mainly discussed. Through simulation calculation, the key parameters affecting the performance of the expanding tube are found out in the data, the best expanding process is worked out.
