摘要
为了调查我校教学用福建黄兔的微生物和寄生虫携带状况,参照国家标准普通级家兔微生物和寄生虫检测项目及方法,以一年为抽查周期,从2016年5月至2017年4月每个季度检测一次,共四批次。采用增菌分离培养、生化鉴定及血清学鉴定方法分别检测沙门氏菌、多杀巴斯德杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌,ELISA试剂盒检测泰泽病原体、兔出血症病毒的抗体,IHA试剂盒检测弓形虫抗体,显微镜观察体外寄生虫,漂浮法和沉淀法检测粪便中的线虫。调查发现四批次共计100只福建黄兔的检测合格率为沙门氏菌100%、多杀巴斯德杆菌100%、金黄色葡萄球菌100%、绿脓杆菌100%,泰泽病原体、兔出血症病毒、弓形虫抗体检测合格率均为100%,体外寄生虫痒螨成虫及卵的检出率36%,兔粪球线虫检测的合格率100%。结果表明,饲养于普通环境中的非等级福建黄兔未发现携带人畜共患病和动物烈性传染病病原体,但体外寄生虫如螨虫的感染率较高。
To investigate the infection state of microorganism and parasites from Fujian rabbit,through the test items and test methods of conventional rabbit from national standards,and from May 2016 to April 2017 as a investigation period,then tested rabbits once a quarter for four batches in all.The methods of enrichment culture and biochemical and serology were used to identify salmonella,Pasteurella multicida,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The ELISA kit was used to test the antibody of the Tyzzer organism and Rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus.The IHA kit was used to test the antibody of toxoplasmosis.The microscope was used to observe parasite in vitro and the floatation and precipitation was used to observe the nematode in the stools. The investigation showed that the percent of pass in one hundred Fujian rabbits from four batches as 100% for the all testing items except the parasite in vitro is 36%.The results showed that Fujian rabbits who breeding in the non-rank environment have no zoonotic and animal fulminating infectious disease,but have high infection rate in parasites in vitro.
