应用ELISA法检测HPRRS抗体的几个影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of HPRRS antibody by ELISA

本文主要对酶联免疫吸附试验中人工操作环节进行比较,探讨温育时间、温度及洗板次数对检测高致病性猪蓝耳病抗体效价的影响。结果表明,缩短温育时间、提高环境温度可能导致试验失败,而适当延长温育时间及洗板次数对结果并无显著影响。

This article compared the manual operation in the ELISA test,to investigate the influence of incubation time, temperature and the number of washing plates on the detection of HPRRS antibody titer.The results showed that shortening the incubation time and increasing the ambient temperature may lead to the failure of the test. However, the appropriate prolongation of the incubation time and the number of washing the plates did not have a significant effect on the results.
