高速公路应急管理现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Expressway Emergency Management

综合分析高速公路突发事件应急管理机制和处置流程,针对存在的应急联动机制和指挥体系不完善、应急处置能力不强、应急管理保障能力不足等问题,从高速公路应急救援的组织体系、工作制度、保障能力等方面提出改进措施,实现高速公路应急管理的规范化、标准化,提升事件处置效率和效果.

Based on the comprehensive analysis of emergency management mechanism and disposal process of expressway emergency,this paper has identified a few problems such as： 1） the emergency linkage mechanism and the command system are not perfect,2） the emergency management ability is not strong,and 3） the emergency management guarantee ability is insufficient. This paper puts forward some measures to improve the emergency rescue organization system,improve the emergency rescue work system of expressway,and intensify the emergency rescue and rescue measures. It is to realize the standardization of emergency management of expressways and improve the efficiency and effect of the incident management.
