农村与公路地区快处快赔工作研究

A Study on the Instant Investigation and Compensation for Highway Crashes in in Rural Areas

以长春、西安和昆明市为调查对象,分析了各个城市的快处快赔工作模式,通过调研得到了群众对所在地快处快赔工作的知晓率与满意度等,简要阐述了快处快赔工作的意义,分析并总结农村及公路地区快处快赔工作落实过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的完善建议.

Minor crashes account for a large proportion of all traffic crashes,and the instant investigation and compensation has been carried out to minimize the impact on traffic in many urban areas. However,the instant investigation and compensation is little known in rural areas. This study analyzed the instant crash investigation and compensation in three cities： Changchun,Xi＇an and Kunming; it obtained the awareness rate and satisfaction rate of the work through research from the masses in these three cities.This paper simply elaborated the significance of instant crash investigation and compensation; it then analyzed and summarized the existing problems in the implementation of the work in rural areas; finally,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
