摘要
紧急切负荷是解决多回特高压直流闭锁,电网故障初期暂态失稳、频率快速跌落等问题的重要手段。文章提出了一种毫秒级精准负荷控制系统,介绍了精准切负荷策略,重点阐述了精准切负荷系统的整体框架,各层级的结构功能,以及可视化展示平台的关键技术和改进措施。该系统既满足传统稳控系统快速性、安全性要求,又实现了企业用户可中断负荷的精准控制,提高了紧急切负荷控制的精细化水平。
Emergency load shedding is an important means to solve the problem of multi-circuit UHV DC blocking,transient instability in power grid faults,and rapid drop of frequency.This paper proposes a millisecond precision load control system,introduces the precise load shedding strategy,and focuses on the overall framework of the precise load shedding system,the structural functions of each level,and the key technologies and improvement measures of the visual display platform.The system not only satisfies the rapidity and safety requirements of the traditional stability control system,but also realizes the precise control that the enterprise users can interrupt the load,and improves the precision level of the emergency load shedding control.
