摘要
文章分析了公共图书馆服务模式演变历程和其提供联合办公服务的发展现状与趋势。以全新的视角审视其转型与发展中面临的机遇和挑战。当代公共图书馆服务模式的准则是公平、连接和赋能。该服务模式分别从空间、体验和经济三个维度满足用户公平、社交、灵活、私密、品质和归属的核心诉求。
This paper analyzes the principles and attributes of public library service model and examines the opportunities and challenges in its transformation and development from a new perspective. This paper analyzes the evolution course of public library service mode and the development status and trend of the co-working service. The core idea of contemporary public library service mode is to construct the new multi-dimensional information and knowledge sharing lifestyle platform based on user experience. The main research conclusions of this paper need in-depth case study to support. The principle of contemporary public library service model is equity, connection, and empowerment. The service mode meets the user's core demands are equity, sociability, flexibility, privacy, quality and affiliation from three dimensions of space, experience and economy.
