摘要
研究了不同牌号三元乙丙橡胶、不同种类炭黑、不同的硫化体系对三元乙丙止水带胶料的技术指标项--压缩永久变形值的影响。结果表明,主胶料用总乙烯含量为60%左右的三元乙丙牌号为4045+S600WF的混合胶,补强体系用快压出炭黑与半补强炭黑并用,硫化体系用过氧化物过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)与少量硫磺、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC)、共交联剂体系,软化体系用减少软化剂对交联网络的影响的石蜡油。所得的配方可满足现有三元乙丙止水带胶料的低压缩永久变形的作用。
In this paper, the effects of different grades of EPDM, different types of carbon black, anddifferent vulcanization systems on the technical parameters of the EPDM waterstop rubber compound—the compression set value were researched. The results showed that the EPDM brand with a total ethylene content of about 60% is a 4045+S600WF blended rubber, and the reinforcing system uses a combination of fast-pressed carbon black and semi-reinforcing carbon black. The curing system uses peroxide dicumyl peroxide (DCP) with a small amount of sulfur, triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and co-crosslinker system. Softening system uses paraffin oil to reduce the effect of softeners on the cross-linking network.The obtained formula can meet the effect of low compression set of the existing EPDM waterstop rubber.
