摘要
目前,电加热硫化机热板普遍存在加热不均匀、温差大、加工困难等问题,对此,采用有限元软件对硫化机热板进行热分析,以对硫化机热板的结构进行优化改进。首先,采用ANSYS软件对目前常见的向心式直插热板进行热分析;其次,提出更易加工的硫化机热板优化方案——平行式直插热板,并对此进行热分析;第三,将两种方案的分析结果进行对比,表明改进的平行式直插热板加热更均匀,温差更小;最后,将改进后的方案做成试验热板进行实验,结果表明改进后的热板加热均匀,符合轮胎硫化的工艺要求,实验结果与有限元分析结果相符,验证了本文提出的基于ANSYS软件的热板热分析方法的正确性。
At present, there are common problems such as uneven heating, large temperature difference,and difficult processing in hot platens of electric heating curing press. In this regard, finite element software is used for thermal analysis of the hot platens to optimize the structure of hot platens. Firstly, the ANSYS software is used to perform thermal analysis on the common centric formula DIP hot platens. Secondly, a more tractable hot platen optimization plan is proposed, which is a parallel type DIP hot platen, and thermal analysis is carried out. Thirdly, comparing the analysis results of the two schemes, it is shown that the improved parallel-type DIP hot platen heat is more even and the temperature difference is smaller; finally,a test hot platen was made according to the improved scheme, and the results show that the the heating of the improved hot platen is even and accords with the technical requirements of tire vulcanization. The experimental results are consistent with the results of finite element analysis, which verifies the correctness of the hot plate thermal analysis method based on ANSYS software proposed in this paper.
