摘要
电力系统的安全通信关系着整个电网的安全稳定运行,为保证电力通信在传输数据和信息的过程中不被破坏或窃听,需要采用严格可靠的加密手段。从电力系统通信网络的安全性特点出发,提出了一种适用于220kV输电线路的量子密钥通信结构,基于量子通信技术的电力系统通信网,可有效增强电力二次系统抵御高性能计算机对通信信道破坏和入侵的能力。
The safe communication of power system determines the safe and stable operation of the whole power grid.In order to protect the electric power communication from damage or hacking in the process of transferring data and information,a strict and reliable means of encryption should be applied.Starting from the security features of power system communication network,this paper proposes a quantum key communication structure suitable for 220 kV transmission line,which can effectively enhance the protection of the power secondary system against the high-performance computer destruction and invasion onto the communication channel based on quantum communication technology of power system communication network.
