基于跨专业融合的电网企业库存物资监测分析

Power Grid Enterprises Inventory Monitoring Analysis Based on Interdisciplinary Integration

库存管理是公司经营管理的重要活动之一,随着迎峰度夏、城农网改造工程陆续完成,电网企业库存物资压力进一步加大,有可能会对公司经营效益产生不利影响。为进一步加强对库存的管控,查清影响库存居高不下的症结,掌握公司库存规模及库存物资来源,国网安徽省电力公司运监中心在物资部的配合下,开展了库存分析工作,提升公司库存管理水平和管理质量。

Inventory management is one of the important activities of company management.With the completion of the summer peak load regulation,and the suburb-rural power grid reform projects,the inventory pressure of power grid enterprises intensifies,possibly harmful to the company management and benefit.In order to further strengthen the control of inventory,it is necessary to find out the causes of highinventory,and master the company inventory scale and stock material sources.In State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,the Operation Monitoring Center,in cooperation with the Materials Department,conducted the inventory analysis work with a view to improving inventory management level and management quality.
