Business Model of Integrated Energy Service of Grid Enterprises in the Context of New Electricity Reform

新电改方案实施后,由于输配电价的改革和售电侧的放开,电网企业的盈利模式也随之发生了变化。这就要求电网企业转变服务理念与经营方式,来寻求竞争优势。基于"魏朱六要素商业模式"模型,对电网企业综合能源服务商业模式进行了分析,寻找电网企业未来拓宽盈利的途径,保障了企业在电改形势下可持续健康发展。

After the implementation of the new electricity reform scheme,the profit model of power grid enterprises has changed with the reform of the transmission and distribution price and the release of the electric sales.All these require power grid enterprises to transform service philosophy and operation mode to seek competitive advantage.Using the Weizhu six elements of business model theory,this paper analyzes the business model of integrated energy service of power grid enterprises in order to find the ways to expand the profit in the future,and guarantee the long-term sustainable development of the power grid enterprises in the context of the new electricity reform.
