摘要
汽轮机转子是电厂的关键设备,由于转子是机组最脆弱的部件,其使用寿命就等于整个机组的使用寿命,因此对汽轮机转子寿命进行评估计算就尤为重要。以某电厂机组为例,用有限元中Workbench模块对机组进行三维建模、网格划分以及温度场和应力场分析,提出了一种机组的寿命评估计算方法,能够对汽轮机寿命进行监测和评估,帮助优化汽轮机运行。
Steam turbine rotor is the key equipment of power plants,because the rotor is the most vulnerable component,and its service life equals the service life of the whole unit.Therefore,it is particularly important to evaluate and calculate the steam turbine rotor life.In the case study of the unit in a power plant,the finite element,the Workbench module,was used for unit 3 D modeling,meshing,and the temperature field and stress field analysis.An evaluation method for calculating the life of the unit is presented to monitor and evaluate the life of the steam turbine,help optimize turbine running.
