摘要 某发电厂的纯凝式机组从2017年7月开始向周边企业供热,期间产生了负荷波动下供热压力不稳定、供热蒸汽温度变化大、供热节流损失、安全阀频繁动作,以及减温减压阀门阀芯脱落等现象。在利用机组调停检修期间,通过供热系统的技术改造,增加了一路供热汽源,并加装了供热系统小旁路阀,解决了这些问题。 The pure condensing unit of a power plant began heating the surrounding enterprises since July2017,but some problems occurred,e.g.the heat supply pressure is unstable under load fluctuation,the heating steam temperature changes greatly,the heating and throttling have loss,the relief valve frequently movs,and the core of the temperature/pressure-releasing valve falls off.During the period of the unit′s adjustment and maintenance,through the technical transformation of the heating system,another heating source is supplied,and the small bypass valve of the heating system is added to solve these problems.
