摘要
负线损,即统计周期内线路售电端电量统计值大于供电端电量的非正常现象。这是线损问题中极为特殊的一类,也是严重影响电力公司管理工作的问题之一,高、低压供电系统的负线损现象会影响供电企业正常的供电服务。针对上海市内已知的负线损现象与成因进行论述分析。
Negative line loss refers to the abnormal phenomenon that the electric quantity of the line selling end is greater than that of the line power supply end in the statistical period.As a special kind of line loss,it produces serious impact on power company management,especially the negative line loss of the high and low voltage power supply system will affect the normal service of the power supply enterprises.This paper analyzes the phenomena and causes of the negative line loss in Shanghai.
