摘要
电力工程总承包企业要做到对建设期的进度、安全、质量和造价进行有效控制,承担对分包单位的统一指挥、协调、管理和监督职责。以上海久隆集团市北工程分公司信息化管理模式对工程项目进行管理为例,阐述了电力施工总承包企业通过工作流与信息流的同步,实现了对工程项目的动态管理、优化配置、目标控制和阶段考核。
The general contracting enterprises of the power project shall effectively control the progress,safety,quality and cost in the construction period,and undertake the unified command,coordination,management and supervision of the subcontractors.In the case study of the information management mode of engineering project in Shibei Engineering Branch of Shanghai Jiulong Electric Power(Group)Co.,Ltd.,this paper expounds the power construction general contractor enterprise,through the synchronization of workflow and information flow,has realized the engineering projects dynamic management,optimal allocation,target control and phase assessment.
