大采高综采工作面矿压规律及顶板控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究成庄矿4322大采高工作面矿压规律,利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D计算工作面顶板应力值,工作面前方支承压力峰值为22.6 MPa,应力峰值在工作面前方约15 m处。为有效控制工作面顶板,根据支架工作状态计算支架需要提供的工作阻力,当支架工作在给定变形状态时,顶板下沉量较大,不符合安全生产要求,当支架工作在限定变形状态时,需要选用支护阻力为12 000 k N的液压支架。根据大采高工作面的采煤工艺,研究工作面中间架和端头架的操作规程。 In order to study the mining pressure law of 4322 fully mechanized working face with large mining height in Chengzhuang Mine,the stress value of roof was calculated by numerical simulation software FLAC3 D. The peak of front abutment pressure was 22.6 MPa,and the peak was about 15 m in front of working face. To effectively control the working face roof,according to the working status of the support,the working resistance provided by the support was calculated.When the support worked in the given deformation state,the roof subsidence was large and did not meet the requirements of safety production. When the support worked in the limited deformation state,the hydraulic support with a support resistance of 12 000 k N was needed. According to the mining process of the large mining height working face,the working procedures of the middle support and the end support were studied.
