摘要
王村煤业有限责任公司为高瓦斯矿井,综采工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量最大为10.34m3/min。为了有效治理综采工作面瓦斯,该公司采取了煤体预抽、上隅角埋管抽放、高位斜交钻孔及工作面打风障的方案和回风巷安装抽排风机上隅角抽放配合"L"型风障导风的综合瓦斯治理方案,但效果不理想,上隅角瓦斯浓度仍存在超过0.8%的情况。在探索中发现瓦斯涌出量的主要来源是采空区涌出,因此,提出了使用顶回风巷风排综采工作面瓦斯的方案。结果表明,上隅角瓦斯浓度保持在0.01%~0.2%,该方案可有效解决综采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限的问题。
Wangcun Mine,as high gas mine,the maximum gas emission amount was 10.34 m3/min in fully mechanized working face,the pre-drainage,upper corner buried pipe drainage,high inclined drilling and smoke exhausting fan siding with L windbreak setting,but without good effect,gas content in upper corner exceeds 0.8%,the main gas got from goaf,the corresponding measure of gas control was put forward. The result showed that the gas content remained 0.01% ~ 0.2%,with good effect of gas control.
