摘要
南关选煤厂入选原煤中矸石约占60%,且原煤粒度组成偏细,-6 mm粒级占近2/3。为解决此类问题,该厂将3GHMC1200/850A型三产品重介质旋流器更换为S-3GHMC440/260型超级重介质旋流器。重介系统改造升级后,为了分析生产效果和发现潜在问题,对南关选煤厂开展了重介系统检测及工艺优化,有针对性地提出了解决措施,达到了解决生产问题的目的。
Waste rock taking 60% of raw coal,-6 mm size accounting for 2/3,in order to solve the problem,3GHMC1200/850A dense medium cyclone was changed to S-3GHMC440/260 dense medium cyclone,dense medium system of Nanguan Coal Preparation Plant was tested and optimized,the production problem was solved after the corresponding measures were given.
