摘要
为解决月亮田煤矿1166工作面煤层透气性系数差,瓦斯抽采浓度低、流量小的问题,提出开展水力压裂技术试验研究,分析提高低渗煤层透气性的可行性,提高本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采效率。基于水力压裂增透模型分析,结合月亮田矿井地质赋存情况,计算出15 MPa为1166工作面煤体起裂压力。压裂后发现,单孔瓦斯最大抽采纯量达到0.164 m3/min,最大抽采浓度达63.9%,相较压裂前分别提高1.9倍和2倍以上,且衰减系数较低,能有效提高瓦斯抽采效率。
In order to solve the low permeability and gas drainage in 1166 working face of Yueliangtian Mine,study on hydraulic fracturing technology was conducted,the feasibility of improving gas drainage efficiency and permeability of low permeability coal seam were analyzed. Based on analysis of hydraulic fracturing model and geological condition of the mine,15 MPa as initiation pressure in 1166 working face by calculation. After the fracture,the maximum gas drainage of single hole achieved 0.164 m3/min,maximum gas drainage content 63.9%,both improved by more than1.9 times and 2 times after fracture,with low damping coefficient,improving the gas drainage rate.
